"Freelance Multi Activity Outdoor Instructor"

Freelance instructors must hold National Governing Body qualifications and suitable
references/background work to be able to bypass training periods and head straight
to a sign off stage. During the busy months we may need extra staff to fill gaps
in programs which is where freelance staff come in handy. A freelance instructor
will always be brought in for a whole days work however will be subject to our wage
table to calculate an hourly rate.

A Background in Outdoor Education is required and all potential staff must visit the Centre on a taster day or an “on the job experience day” as a pre interview process.
National Governing Body qualifications we offer include:
- NVQ Level 2 in Activity Leadership
- EASI Level 1 Supervisors Certificate
- NRSA Range Officer
- Outdoor First Aid
You will be paid £100.00 per week (Non Residential) of £70.00 per week (Residential – food and accommodation included)
