MAKING A BOOKING
Telephone our office to check availability of event required. If date
is available a deposit of 30% is required.
This is non refundable and no receipt willl be given unless requested.
3 days notice must be given of any change otherwise
original numbers booked must be paid for.
Balance of payment is due 3 days before.
We reserve the right to change activities according to conditions.
CHILDREN
Organisers of groups must hold contact numbers for each child and inform
us of any special medical requirements or conditions. All children must
be equipped for adverse weather conditions and have a change of clothes.
CATERING
Final numbers must be confirmed 3 days before the event. The account
will be based on numbers contracted for, or meals served, whichever is
the greater. Special dietary requirements must be given 3 days before
the event.
